Our agency exists because we believe "every child deserves
a family." We offer a variety of services, resources and
support for foster, adoptive, birth and relative care
families in the Counties that we are able to serve. We
know full well the needs and pressures of a concurrent
planning or permanent placement social work caseload in a
County Social Services Department. Our role is to provide
a high level of professional practice that delivers and
supports permanent families for children in your care. We
are all about permanent outcomes for children.
We are far more than an FFA or a private adoption
agency. We also offer clinical training for professionals,
training for families before and after placement,
post-adoption services, and California's first Adoption
Clinics and Adoption Wraparound programs.
"Family" is the powerful
organization of individuals that serves to nurture our
children. The nature of family includes family types of
all demographic kinds. This agency, its founders, and all
its workers are committed to a strength-based,
family-focused, individualized and customized philosophy
in our work.
